THE HARRY POTTER MUGGLE BLUNDER
A fan of Harry Potter? Do you have your copy of, 'The Order of the Phoenix' yet?
The fifth Harry Potter book installment went on sale simultanously around the world on Saturday the 21st of June 2003. The book was released in Australian stores at 9:01am EST.
This book is 766 pages long and comes in a nice dust jacket and hard cover. The rrp of this book is forty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents so it's best to get your copy before it's sold out!
The cheapest place I have found the book to be on sale in Brisbane is Kmart at just under twenty-three dollars . (Get in quick!)
However, it was said that there are a number of botched copies that have already been sold throughout various book shops in Australia. If you have been reading up to chapter 29, and you've found that you're mysteriously back at chapter 9, you've bought one of the stuffed copies. The publishers said due to the demand for copies in Australia, there were bound to be some misprints.
In chapter 29 'Careers Advice' the book reportedly goes back to chapter 9, 'The Woes of Mrs Weasley' after page 575.
If you have bought a botched copy, just take it back to your store of purchase. (Be quick because the next load of stock won't be delivered until late next month!)
